I’m excited to share the story of my new restaurant with you. For over 15 years, I have produced high-quality ham products, honed my skills, and perfected my craft.
When I moved to the United States, I worked many challenging jobs but never lost my passion for food. I gained valuable experience in meat production at meat plants and in the restaurant industry through serving and management roles. However, it wasn’t until I met my wife, Elaisy Lapinet, that the dream of opening a food establishment in the U.S. became a reality. Her support, expertise, and shared vision helped bring this dream to life.
After years of hard work and dedication, we are thrilled to open our restaurant. I can now showcase my skills and passion for food. Cured Restaurant & Salumeria features a menu highlighting my handcrafted hams and other delicious dishes I have perfected over the years.
I hope Cured becomes a destination for food lovers who appreciate quality and flavor.
